Ondansetron Orally Disintegrating Tablets (ODT) is an anti-nausea medication for migraine treatment. It reduces migraine-associated nausea. It is a drug that is often prescribed to prevent vomiting and nausea caused by migraines or cancer medications, such as chemotherapy and radiation therapy. It is also used to prevent vomiting and nausea after surgery. Ondansetron Orally Disintegrating Tablets prevents nausea and vomiting by blocking the signals going to the brain that cause them. It is available as a tablet, disintegrating tablet, film, and solution. It should not be used by anyone under the age of 18. Ondansetron Orally Disintegrating Tablets is available only with your doctor's prescription.

Loss of coordination
Stiff or twitching muscles
Seizures
Coma (loss of consciousness)
