To increase the user’s chances of success, it is strongly recommended that Chantix is used as part of a smoking cessation program, along with education, counselling, support, exercise and adopting a healthier diet and lifestyle. Chantix should not be used by those under the age of 16 as tests have shown that it is ineffective at getting users around this age to stop smoking.
